Mentor of the Month – Patrick Haugh
Not everyone makes the cut to be a TransAm mentor. It is an honorable title reserved for those who have proven their abilities in their craft. They must also possess the strong traits needed to effectively pass their knowledge along to our new incoming drivers; equipping them with the toolkit needed to sustain TransAm’s position as the premier carrier in the temperature-controlled freight industry. Patrick indeed has proven himself and comes with these necessary qualities. He has stood out to the leadership team as an excellent mentor who is great to work with and always has a positive attitude. Congratulations Patrick. Keep up the great work!
