Customer Account Administrator
We are hiring a Customer Account Administrator in our Operations Department. Job duties and responsibilities include contacting current customers to book and schedule business, entering load information and communicating with customers and other departments to address issues as they arise. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer relations and communication skills, be detail-orientated and have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting. This is a full-time, hourly position working Monday-Friday, daytime hours.
